Terms and Conditions

1. For retail customers based in the EU, the prices are shown inclusive of the applicable statutory value-added tax. For customers based in the US, the prices shown on the product page are net prices. This excludes bespoke items which are quoted on an individual basis based on work and development costs exclusive of taxes or duties.

2.For orders with delivery within the EU or to the USA, all applicable duties or custom-related charges are included in the price and there are no additional costs due upon delivery (DDP).

3. Customs duties or fees may apply to deliveries to other countries. These costs are not included in the price and have to be borne by the customer upon delivery (DDU). We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
